How it works.

Riverside Internet will pre-qualify your phone line upon a request for High Speed DSL. Once your phone line is qualified for availability, we will enter a service request.

The first month service charge plus the modem fee is required when the order is placed. Each subsequent month thereafter is paid in advance by automatically charging your credit card.

A "Due Date" is assigned by the phone company. This is the date that the service charges begin. (Not the date that you actually configure your computer and modem to connect.)

*A one time modem fee, which covers the cost of the DSL modem and the line filters is required. Zoom's Model 5660 ADSL Combination Modem, Gateway, Router, Firewall 5510A is $59.95 (recommended for business customers). Zoom's ADSL USB Modem 5510A is $49.95 (recommended for residential, single computer applications). Each require addition 6% for MI sales tax. MI sales tax. Other options are available depending on your networking needs. Prices cannot be quoted without knowing your exact needs.

Field Technician Dispatch Fee: If a Riverside field technician is dispatched to the installation location after the installation of the circuit, and the problem with the DSL service is neither within the sphere of control of Riverside Internet Services (i.e. if the problem is with the inside wiring at your location or with your computer or other equipment), you will be charged a $35 service fee.

Missed Appointment Fee: A $35 fee will be charged if you are not present at the installation location for a scheduled service call

Declined Credit Cards: Credit cards that are declined will result in an immediate interruption of service. A $25 re-connect fee in addition to the normal monthly charge will be required for service to be re-activated
